Business Development Manager, ERISA

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our ERISA team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Present company products and services to new and existing customers via the phone and webinars
  • Prospect and contact potential and existing customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create product material to present to customers

Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent phone presence

Qualifications:

BA/BS

5-10 years of business development and or sales experience.

Marketing, inside or outside sales experience.
