Account Manager, ERISA

Colonial Surety Company, a direct, digital provider of ERISA Fidelity bonds to plan sponsors and via partnerships with pension professionals, is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our fast-paced, highly motivating, ERISA department. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to join a growing company. The compensation includes a base salary and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Present company products and services to new and existing customers via the phone and webinars
  • Contact and answer inquiries for potential and existing customers
  • Reach agreed upon budget targets by deadlines
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest industry developments
  • Create product material to present to customers
  • Daily organization of territory assignment, follow up and development
  • Travel to trade shows as needed

Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent phone presence

Qualifications:

BA/BS

1-4 years of account management, business development and or sales experience.

Marketing, inside or outside sales experience.
