Colonial Surety Company, a direct, digital provider of ERISA Fidelity bonds to plan sponsors and via partnerships with pension professionals, is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our fast-paced, highly motivating, ERISA department. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to join a growing company. The compensation includes a base salary and uncapped earning potential.
- Present company products and services to new and existing customers via the phone and webinars
- Contact and answer inquiries for potential and existing customers
- Reach agreed upon budget targets by deadlines
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest industry developments
- Create product material to present to customers
- Daily organization of territory assignment, follow up and development
- Travel to trade shows as needed
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent phone presence
1-4 years of account management, business development and or sales experience.
Marketing, inside or outside sales experience.
