Bond Administrator

Colonial Surety Company, a digital insurance company is currently seeking  a Bond Administrator to support our new product initiatives:

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process bonds and individual transaction requirements throughout the life of the bonds
  • Process all security documents
  • Review and analyze all documents pertaining to submitted bonds either reduced or canceled.
  • Clear communication with all clients and brokers for any necessary underwriting information
  • Excellent phone skills of answering all in and outbound calls
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Synchronize all one-off projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience
  • Extremely detail oriented and strong focus on accuracy
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients to develop positive working environments
