We are currently seeking a Contract Surety Production Manager to hire, train and lead a team of remote Surety Producers. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and effective selling skills.

This position will work from our office in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Field and training wills required you to use your own car for field calls, and we’ll reimburse your mileage and gas expenses. We provide an Ezpass for tolls, and all related visit expenses will be reimbursed monthly.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree.

– Active Property and Casualty License

– 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

– Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

– Proficiency in CRM and general computer skills.

– Executive presence and strong phone skills.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus commissions
