Public Advertisement for Property Broker and Domestic Freight Claims

Under 49 USC 13906, as amended by Map-21, Division C, Sub Title I, Section 32918, if a broker experiences financial failure or insolvency, the bond/trust provider is required to publicly advertise for claims for 60 days. Please note that the following companies have experienced financial failure or insolvency in that they have failed to adequately settle or respond to claims within the guidelines established by the regulations or to the best of our knowledge have otherwise become insolvent or have ceased or declared an intent to cease doing business. Please note that to be considered, all claims must be received in writing within 60 days of the publication date.
