Colonial Surety Company, a digital insurance company is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to support our ERISA department.
Candidates must posses:
– professional phone skills
– ability to explain our services to business professionals
– have at least 2 years of customer services experience
– possess excellent computer skills to include word, excel (basic) and typing (will be tested)
– great work ethic
– possess the flexibility to work on different projects at the same time
– detail oriented
– quick learner
Hours are M-F, 9am – 6pm with an hour lunch or 10am – 7pm with an hour lunch.
Business attire,office setting.
