Business Relationship Manager

This is an exciting position for a sales professional that has an entrepreneurial personality.

Colonial Surety Company is a digital insurance company located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. We are currently expanding all product lines and growing our presence in the insurance space. As we continue our growth pattern, we are looking to hire talented, driven, sales professionals to identify, develop, and nurture our partnerships with different industry professionals.

This is an exciting position for a sales professional that has an entrepreneurial personality. The individual must possess strong, creative, social and presentation skills. Your personality must exude confidence and executive presence.

You will be responsible for seeking out new business relationships for new customers as well as nurturing and continuing relationships with existing customers. Your activities will include identifying new partnerships, relationships, and specific target industries.

You will be a liaison between marketing and sales teams organizing and participating in presentations and regularly scheduled conferences.

Experience Required:

• BA in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications.

• 5-10 years of B2B Sales, business relationship or business development experience

• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, or Salesforce

• BA in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications.

• Must be willing to travel to scheduled conferences throughout the year to represent the Company

Job Requirements:

• Hours are 9 am – 6 pm (one hour lunch) at our Woodcliff Lake, NJ office, Monday – Friday

• Business attire to be worn at all times

• Travel to conferences as scheduled
